Langford Group is being built around the registrations, accreditations and management system standards that the Australian market, and its insurers, now treat as the minimum bar for competent compliance work. The list below sets out the standards we work to and the schemes we are aligning our team and systems against.
Design & Building Practitioner Framework
Our work is structured to align with the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act and equivalent frameworks in other jurisdictions, including registered practitioner oversight on regulated design work.
Building Surveying Standards
Statutory surveying engagements are scoped to be delivered by appropriately registered building surveyors in the relevant state or territory.
Quality, Safety & Environment
We are establishing our management systems against the principles of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 so that quality, work health and safety, and environmental performance are built in from day one.
Industry Engagement
We engage with peak industry bodies, including the Fire Protection Association Australia, to keep our practice aligned with current codes, standards and regulator expectations.
Continuous Professional Development
Every practitioner we bring on is expected to maintain active CPD against their scheme of registration, so technical judgement keeps pace with a fast-moving regulatory environment.
Current scope of individual practitioner registrations and management system certifications is confirmed in writing as part of any proposal.
